Eligible candidates who have qualified the Dibrugarh University Research Admission Test (DURAT) 2025, CSIR/UGC NET/GATE, or hold an M.Phil. or National Fellowship are encouraged to apply online.

🧾 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates may apply if they meet any of the following:

• Qualified DURAT 2025 (Phase I – Written Test) with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD).
• Exempted from DURAT if they have:
  • Qualified CSIR/UGC NET/GATE, or
  • Hold a Research Fellowship from national or semi-government agencies, or
  • Completed an M.Phil. in the concerned subject (regular mode).

💻 How to Apply Online

🔹 For DURAT 2025 Qualified Candidates:

1. Visit https://erp.dibru.work/dibru/student/register.
2. Log in using the same credentials used for DURAT 2025 registration.
3. Select “Ph.D Admission”, fill out the form, and pay the ₹950 fee online.
4. Print the application and submit it along with:
   • Academic mark sheets & certificates (HSLC to Master’s)
   • DURAT 2025 Scorecard
   • Category certificate (if applicable)
   • NOC (for employed candidates)

🔹 For DURAT-Exempted Candidates:

1. Register at https://dibru.ac.in using your full name, password, and mobile number.
2. Verify via OTP, log in, and fill the application form.
3. Pay the ₹950 fee online (Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI).
4. Submit the printed application with:
   • Award letter (NET/GATE/Fellowship holders)
   • M.Phil. certificate & marksheet
   • Academic records (HSLC to Master’s)
   • Caste/EWS/PwD/NOC certificate if applicable

🧮 Selection Procedure

• DURAT-qualified candidates: 30% weightage from DURAT + Viva-Voce performance
• DURAT-exempted candidates: 100% Viva-Voce-based assessment
