Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has released an official notification inviting applications for various research positions under a Major Research Project titled:
“Impact Evaluation of an Anxiety & Stress Management Mobile Application for Visually Impaired College Students”, funded by ICSSR, New Delhi.

The project is being undertaken at the Faculty of Education, BHU, Varanasi, under the supervision of Dr. Shruti Pandey (Project Director).

Research Assistant	1	B.Tech./M.Tech. or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with 55% marks	Experience in app development and deployment	₹37,000/- per month	Initially for 6 months
Field Investigator	2	M.Ed. (Special Education V.I.)/B.Ed. (Special Education V.I.)	Prior teaching experience in special education preferred	₹20,000/- per month	Initially for 6 months

🧾 Job Responsibilities

• Conduct rigorous field visits, archival research, and data collection.
• Assist with interviews, data entry, and report preparation.
• Support app development, testing, and evaluation (for Research Assistant role).
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned by the Project Director.

• Selection will be based on qualifications, experience, and interview performance.
• The PI reserves the right to shortlist candidates and fill positions only if suitable candidates are found.
• The selected candidate must join within 15 days of receiving the offer.
