Gauhati University, Assam, has announced a recruitment notification for the position of Project Fellow in the Department of Zoology. This appointment will be on a purely temporary basis under the research project titled “Studies on Impacts of Climate Change on Biodiversity in Assam through Creation of Regional Database”. The project is funded by ASTEC, Assam under the Green Innovation Fund (GIF) scheme and will be conducted under the guidance of Dr. Kuladip Sarma.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have one of the following qualifications from a recognized university or equivalent institution:
- M.Sc. in Natural or Agricultural Sciences
- MVSc
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering & Technology or Medicine
