All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Kalyani, West Bengal has released a notification inviting applications for Field Investigator posts on a contractual basis under the Department of Community Medicine and Family Medicine. The positions are funded by the Department of Health Research (DHR) for the project titled “Economic analysis of air pollution mitigation strategies in India”.

Essential Qualification

Graduation in Public Health/Population Studies/Sustainable Development Practice/Health Psychology/Community Health/Sociology/Social Work from a recognized university.

Desirable Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in community-based research, analysis, and documentation.
Familiarity with field-based surveys, interviews, and data collection.

Job Responsibilities

Interaction with government officials and stakeholders.
Conducting household surveys, face-to-face interviews, and community-based research.
Ensuring accuracy and completeness of collected data and documentation.
Performing miscellaneous tasks, including administrative/accounts-related work as assigned by the Principal Investigator.
