Eligibility Criteria

Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) from a recognized university.
Ph.D. degree from a recognized university.
Minimum 15 years of teaching/research experience as Professor/Associate Professor in universities, colleges, or other higher education institutions.
Must fulfill Academic Performance Indicator (API) requirements based on PBAS as per UGC regulations for direct recruitment of Principals.
At least 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
Minimum research score of 110 as per Appendix II, Table 2 of UGC Regulation 2018.
Relaxation of 5% marks at the Master’s level for SC/ST/Differently-abled candidates.
Upper age limit: 55 years.
Term of appointment: 5 years (as per Government guidelines).

Interviews will be conducted as per government notifications issued from time to time.
