Airports Authority of India (AAI), a Government of India Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Civil Aviation, has released an official notification (Advt. No. 09/2025/CHQ) for the recruitment of Junior Executives through GATE 2023, GATE 2024, and GATE 2025.
AAI, a Mini Ratna Category-I PSU, invites online applications from eligible engineering graduates and architecture professionals to join as Junior Executives in Architecture, Civil, Electrical, Electronics, and IT disciplines.

🔹 Educational Qualification
- Architecture: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture + Registration with Council of Architecture.
- Civil: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Electrical: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Electronics: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics/Telecom/Electrical (with specialization in Electronics).
- IT: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/Electronics OR MCA.
👉 Candidates must have appeared in GATE 2023 / 2024 / 2025 in the relevant paper.
🔹 Age Limit (as on 27.09.2025)
- Maximum Age: 27 years
- Relaxations:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
- Ex-Servicemen & AAI employees as per rules
🔹 Salary & Benefits
- Pay Scale (E-1 Level): ₹40,000 – 1,40,000
- Approx. CTC: ₹13 Lakhs per annum (including allowances, perks @35% of Basic Pay, HRA, CPF, Gratuity, Medical benefits etc.)
🔹 Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on GATE 2023/2024/2025 Score (equal weightage).
- Application Verification of shortlisted candidates.
- Final selection will be based on merit list prepared from GATE scores.
- Selected candidates for Electronics discipline must undergo 6 months training and execute a Surety Bond of ₹7 Lakhs to serve AAI for at least 3 years.
