All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Kalyani has released an official recruitment notification for multiple posts under the ICMR-funded research project titled:

“Efficacy of Fecal Microbiota Transplantation through SwasthyaBiome on Behavioral Symptoms among Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (EMBRACE-ASD)”.

This is a prestigious multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial led by
Dr. Kumari Rina, Associate Professor & Principal Investigator, Department of Psychiatry, AIIMS Kalyani.

AIIMS Kalyani EMBRACE-ASD Project – Vacancy Details

1. Project Research Scientist–I (Molecular Biologist)

• No. of Post: 01
• Essential Qualification:
  • Post Graduate Degree with 5 years’ experience OR
  • Ph.D. + 2 years’ experience
• Desirable: Ph.D. in Life Sciences; experience in Genomics, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics
• Salary: ₹56,000 + HRA
• Upper Age Limit: 35 years

2. Project Research Scientist–I (Psychologist)

• No. of Post: 01
• Essential Qualification:
  • PG Degree/Master’s in Psychology with minimum 5 years of research experience
• Desirable:
  • M.Phil in Clinical Psychology (RCI recognized)
  • 1 year experience or research experience in Child & Adolescent Mental Health
• Salary: ₹56,000 + HRA
• Upper Age Limit: 35 years

3. Project Nurse–I

• No. of Post: 01
• Essential Qualification:
  • Two-year ANM course
• Desirable:
  • Diploma/B.Sc Nursing with State Nursing Council registration
  • Experience in Paediatrics / Psychiatry / Gastroenterology
• Salary: ₹18,000 + HRA
• Upper Age Limit: 25 years

4. Project Technician Support–III

• Essential Qualification:
  • Three-year graduate degree + three years’ experience
  • OR Post-graduation in a relevant subject
• Desirable:
  • Experience in sample collection, biobanking, or laboratory protocols
• Salary: ₹28,000 + HRA
• Upper Age Limit: 35 years

Tenure of Appointment

• Contractual for 1 year, renewable up to 4 years or project completion, whichever is earlier.
• No claim for permanent or regular employment in AIIMS/ICMR.
