Last date to submit hard copy of the application form: 15 October 2025 (by 5:00 PM)
Publication of eligible/ineligible applicants: 18 October 2025 (tentative)

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent) with at least 55% marks (5% relaxation for SC/ST/Differently-Abled candidates).
Candidates who have completed a 4-year Bachelor’s degree (as per NEP-2020) must have at least 75% marks.
Applicants must be working in executive roles (Director/Manager/Scientist etc.) in organizations of national/international repute such as government departments, defence organizations, public undertakings, or established R&D institutions.
Teaching professionals or those working in academic institutions are not eligible.
Minimum of three years of post-qualification executive experience is required.
A valid No Objection Certificate from the employer is mandatory.

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will undergo interview/viva-voce conducted by the respective department.
A broad outline of the proposed research work must be presented at the time of document verification.
Admission is based on performance in the interview only.

Pay the application fee of ₹1,500/- online via UCO Bank SmartPay link.
Submit the hard copy of the filled application form along with:
- Payment receipt
- Self-attested mark sheets & certificates
- No Objection Certificate from employer
- Experience certificate
- Caste/Disability certificate (if applicable)
  to the Head of Department/Coordinator of the concerned P.G. Department, Fakir Mohan University.
