Eligibility Criteria
1. Assistant Professor
- Qualification: As per latest UGC guidelines (2018).
- Subject Requirement: Master’s Degree in Demography / Population Studies / Statistics / Biostatistics / Economics / Mathematics / Sociology / Social Work / Geography / Psychology / Anthropology.
- Candidates with a PG degree in subjects other than Demography/Population Studies must have completed at least one year regular course in Demography/Population Studies from a recognized institution/university.
- Experience: As per UGC rules.
- Age Limit: Not above 55 years as on the date of application.
2. Research Investigator
- Qualification: At least 2nd class PG degree in Demography / Population Studies / Statistics / Economics / Mathematics / Sociology / Social Work / Psychology / Anthropology / Geography.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer applications, MS Word, MS Excel, and statistical software like SPSS and R-Programming.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in data collection, analysis, and report writing (relaxable for higher qualifications).
- Age Limit: Not above 38 years as on the date of application.
