Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree/NET qualification in the relevant field or subject.
- M.A. in the relevant subject/field or 3-year Diploma from NSD (for Theatre Studies & Acting) with remarkable professional experience.
Desirable Qualifications:
- High Grade Artist certification from Prasar Bharati.
- Teaching experience and publications in the relevant field.
- Notable professional experience in the related discipline.
Interview Schedule
- Date: 28 July 2025
- Time: 10:00 AM onwards
- Venue: Conference Room of the Secretary, University Classes, Gauhati University Campus.
Document Verification will be conducted from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM on the same day. Candidates must carry:
- Updated CV.
- Original certificates/documents.
- One set of self-attested copies of all relevant documents.
Remuneration & Tenure
- Pay: ₹900 per class, subject to a maximum of ₹16,000 per month (fixed).
- Duration: Initial appointment for 6 months.
- Extension possible based on performance and requirement.

- No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
