Maa Shakumbhari University Ph.D Admission 2025-26: Apply Online Before August 15
Maa Shakumbhari University (MSU), Saharanpur has announced the commencement of Ph.D admissions (Full-Time/Regular mode) for the academic session 2025-26 in various disciplines. The admission process will follow the Ph.D Ordinance 2022 of CCS University, UGC Guidelines, and the MSU Research Policy.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet one of the following academic requirements:
- Master’s Degree as per NEP-2020 guidelines with minimum 55% marks (5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PWD candidates).
- M.Phil. Degree with at least 55% marks (50% for reserved categories).
- Qualified in JRF/UGC-NET/CSIR-NET/SLET-UP/GATE (95 percentile or above) or equivalent national-level test.
Additionally, Pre-Ph.D coursework is mandatory before RDC (Research Degree Committee) approval.
