✅ Eligibility Criteria

For Programme Head (Professor/Associate Professor in Education)

Post Graduate degree in Science/Mathematics/Social Sciences/Languages.
M.Ed. degree.
Ph.D. in Education.
Minimum 10 years’ experience (for Professor) / 8 years’ experience (for Associate Professor) in a teacher education institution.
Any other qualification prescribed by UGC.
Desirable: Diploma/Degree in Educational Administration or Leadership.

For Assistant Professors (Liberal Discipline & Pedagogy – Arts/Science subjects)

Post Graduate degree in concerned subject with minimum 55% marks.
B.Ed. degree with minimum 55% marks.
NET/SLET/Ph.D. in concerned subject as per UGC/NCTE norms.
Desirable: M.Ed. with specialization in Secondary Education / Ph.D. in Education.

For Educational Studies

Post Graduate degree in Education (M.Ed.) with minimum 55% marks.
NET/SLET/Ph.D. in Education.
Desirable: Master’s in Psychology/Philosophy/Sociology or allied subjects.

For Health & Physical Education

Master of Physical Education (M.P.Ed.) with minimum 55% marks.

For Art Education

Post Graduate degree in Performing Arts/Visual Arts with minimum 55% marks.

For Career Guidance & Counseling

Appropriate qualification in Guidance and Counseling.
