🔹 Educational Qualifications & Experience (Highlights)

1. Head (Product, Investment & Research)

Qualification: Graduate/PG from recognized University; CA/CFA/CFP/NISM preferred.
Experience: 15+ years in Financial Services, with 8 years in Wealth Management.

2. Zonal Head (Retail)

Qualification: Graduate; MBA preferred.
Experience: 15+ years in Wealth Management/Retail Banking; 5+ years leading large teams.

3. Relationship Manager – Team Lead

Qualification: Graduate; MBA or NISM preferred.
Experience: 8+ years in Wealth/Investment/Banking firms; leadership preferred.

4. Investment Specialist / Officer

Qualification: PG in Finance/Commerce/Economics or CA/CFA.
Experience: 4–6 years in Investment Advisory/Wealth Firms/AMCs.

5. Central Research Team (Support)

Qualification: Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Economics; PG preferred.
Experience: 3+ years supporting research/publications in financial institutions.

Shortlisting: Based on qualification and experience.
Interview: 100 marks (Telephonic/Video/Personal).
CTC Negotiation: May be conducted after interview.
Final Merit List: Based on interview score (tie-breaker by age).
