🔹 Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification:
   • Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) from a recognized university.
   • Ph.D. Degree in the concerned/allied discipline(s) from a recognized university.
2. Experience:
   • Must be a Professor/Associate Professor with a minimum of 15 years of teaching/research experience in universities, colleges, or other higher education institutions.
3. Research Requirements:
   • Minimum 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
   • Minimum 110 research scores as per UGC Guidelines (Appendix-II, Table-2, 2018).
4. API Score:
   • Candidates must meet the Academic Performance Indicator (API) requirements as per the UGC Regulations for direct recruitment of college Principals.
5. Age Limit:
   • The upper age limit is 55 years as on 01.01.2025.
6. Tenure:
   • The term of the Principal will be 5 years, as per Government guidelines.
7. Relaxation:
   • A relaxation of 5% marks at the Master’s level is applicable for SC/ST and differently-abled candidates (physically or visually).
