Selection Process
The shortlisting and selection will be based on UGC’s Academic Performance Indicator (API) system, which includes:
- Academic Record (Graduation, Post-Graduation, M.Phil., Ph.D.)
- NET/SLET/SET/JRF qualification
- Research Publications (Maximum 10 marks)
- Teaching / Post-Doctoral Experience (Maximum 10 marks)
- Awards at International, National, or State levels
The total score will be calculated out of 100 marks, and shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
